‘I like stuff like this, pretty much for all the wrong reasons. There was a time when I marvelled at the technological ideas; now I struggle to keep myself from laughing, because this future vision has no grounding in any approachable reality. There’s no “Sorry! This action is forbidden on your network.” Gone are the error messages to say “you do not have this plugin installed”, and while it is a Microsoft Office production, it seems a stretch to imagine the world would function with one operating system, let alone one typeface. But hey - their commercial vision isn’t likely to include support for open-source file formats, is it?’ ;)
